Stunning traditional building in the centre of Aviles, built in 1855 and still conserving some original features. The building is located in the main square of Aviles and it is listed for its high cultural and architectural value. It is also within the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage pathway.

It comprises two premises on the ground floor with mezzanine levels, and 3 stunning large flats (one per floor) with balconies and terraces of 269, 258 and 208 m2 respectively. There is a communal patio/garden at the back of building with a stone fountain, and a stone table and bench, all original from 1822.
